I have been going to Hands on Care for about 7 months now, for pre and post shoulder surgery therapy. If you want to get better, this is the place to go. I got three different shoulder surgeon’s opinions, and when I asked about therapy all three highly recommended Hands on Care. (more…)

I am a repeat offender @ Hands on Care. The first time I was treated by Saba and her wonderful staff was in 2012 when I injured my right wrist in a car accident and I am back again because of tendonitis in my left tricep. Saba is a great therapist and a tough one too. Don’t expect to be coddled by her she is there to GIVE YOU THERAPY to make sure you are healing and are able to function normal again not to baby you. I believe that is why I healed so quickly in my first injury. She is currently giving me therapy for my second injury and I am on my way to healing completely. (more…)

I know Saba reads these reviews and takes them to heart. I am certain nothing I say is a surprise. I had elbow surgery in late February and started PT shortly after. Saba is not the easiest or friendliest gal. PT is hard and she reflects the attitude required to do it correctly. She pushes hard because that’s her JOB! Surgery is easy. Finding the will to bend when you know how bad it is going to hurt takes nerve to endure and a strong personality to hear the moans and groans of those enduring it. I had 25 appointments and never missed one. So it’s incumbent on the patient to want to do the work. In this instance, No pain No gain. Saba knows her craft, her staff is very cool and very helpful. I am not certain what kind of experience people are looking for when it comes to PT. Hands on Care will provide great therapy if you are not afraid to work at it. Saba is only hard on the surface and that’s just a facade. She is cool. Just Don’t wimp out and it’s all good.

If you want to waste time with mamby pamby therapists who don’t push you then don’t come here. These therapists are tough. And they care a lot about your getting better as soon as possible. They also give homework. Be prepared to laugh during your visit so you want to return. It’s part of their evil plan – you hurt and laugh before you’re healed. And you thank them!!! Evil geniuses that’s what they are. 🙂

This is by far the best physical therapy you can get! My doctor recommended them after I broke my finger. I’m working with the owner, Saba and even though hand therapy can be tough, she makes you laugh the whole time.
I have been to other hand therapist in the past for dupuytren’s contracture and this place is on a whole different level. Ask your doctor to give you a referral to Saba. Almost done with therapy but quite frankly, I will miss the team there.

I experienced excellent therapy with an authentic concern for my recovery. Their two locations make it easy to find an appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. If it’s good enough for two SJ Sharks and a number of other professional athletes, then it’s good enough for you.

Thank you Hands – On – Care. Saba, you and your staff were nothing less than wonderful with my therapy treatment and I mean each and everyone. From the time I walked into the door until the time I would leave, everyone treated me with great respect, yet were very personable and knowledgeable of their part in my treatment. (more…)

I’ve just finished up my second successful group of treatments with Saba Kamal at Hands on Care; once for my wrist in 2010 and my shoulder, just now. I would recommend Saba to anyone who is willing to work hard to regain mobility of injured joints. She is knowledgeable and articulate, always urging you to make your best effort. Doing the individual exercises it seems that Saba sometimes has eyes in the back of her head, to correct a wrongly done exercise, but I think she’s just an amazing multi-tasker who really can do several things at once and is always looking out for her patients. I went to Hands On Care for therapy on my hand (dog bite). From my very first visit I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff from the therapists to the billing person. Always cheerful, on time and friendly. All three therapists (Saba, Stella and Jennifer) were excellent and helped me get back as close to normal as possible. I was highly satisfied and will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in need of hand therapy.
Top notch operation and runs like clockwork with a humane touch.

Saba and the staff are awesome. I went for my wrist in Feb and I’m back again for my shoulder. Very knowledgeable and they give you realistic time frames for recovery based on your progress.
