Thanks to YELP I found Hands On Care.  I am recovering from shoulder replacement and the therapists at HOC have been excellent.  Thanks to their effort and teaching me what to do at home, my range of motion and strength are improving.

I broke my wrist in two areas, and thought that life as I knew it was over. I walked into the office and thought here we go again, I don’t think that they can make a difference, how can they possibly help me. Much to my surprise , not only did they make a difference with my outlook on life, my hand actually got better. Hands On Care is not only care for your injured Hand, Shoulders or Elbow, it is care for your spirit and soul. I truly believe that you must heal from with-in first then the rest will come with the proper Therapist. Saba will evaluate you and determine if she will push you to exceed your limits if you so desire, or if she will pace you so that you will do no less than succeed. If you have been injured, treat yourself to Hands On Care, you will not regret it you will leave satisfied and recovered. I wish I could stand on top of a mountain and yell this to the world. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.

If you want to experience great service & professionalism, I highly recommend Hands-On-Care. Saba delivers what she promises. I injured my upper arm/elbow which caused a lot of discomfort & pain but after getting treatment at HoC via Myofascial, Ultrasound, Laser, Sports Taping, Electrical Stimulation and Exercise, I feel a lot better & was able to resume my normal activities in no time.

She is fun yet caring individual & I’m fortunate to have been at HoC. They stand by their name Hands-on work. Quality service & good value for money!

I’ve been an on and off patient of Hands on Care for about 6 years and I have nothing but praise and appreciation for Saba and the staff. Whenever I managed to hurt my neck, shoulder, or arm I knew I had a  place to fall back on. Saba Kamal is a dedicated and experienced professional; she has treated my injuries on many different occasion. She’s proven to be valuable in my healing process and recovery as well. At one point, my husband and daughter were treated by Saba as well and they were fully satisfied when they were done. All in all, I fully recommend Hands on Care for a treatment and recovery facility.

I had bi-lateral simultaneous carpal tunnel release surgery on Dec. 10th, and my doctor, Dr. Eric Kagel, scheduled me for same day of surgery PT.  My first impression was, “I’m in the right place!” I enjoyed and felt comfortable with the entire experience and look forward to continuing my recovery there!

Saba and her office staff are upbeat, friendly, positive and professional.  I would highly recommend Saba Kamal.Saba and the team at Hands on Care are quite simply the best you could ask for in the bay area. I had a 4-corner fusion and scaphoid excision on my left wrist, an injury that has plagued me for over 7 years, and Saba was able to regain over 90 degrees of total motion for me! Her attitude was just as intense as the injury I suffered and she REFUSED to let me, or any of her patients, to take the easy road through therapy which was critical for me to hold myself accountable to doing the exercises on a daily basis. If you have any injury that needs physical therapy anywhere in-between and including your shoulder to your fingers you need to go to Hands on Care.

Saba Kamal is a fantastic physical therapist.  I am a musician who had radial tunnel release surgery performed by Dr. Gordon Brody with whom she works closely.  Saba is knowledgeable, supportive, and extremely patient.  I believe in her so much that I commuted nearly three hours several times a week to see her.  An absolute pleasure to work with and should I have a future injury, I will look nowhere else but to Hands on Care!

I found Hands-on-Care on Yelp.  I was recovering from hand surgery to mend a torn nerve suffered in an accident.  My original emergency surgeon was not positive about my recovery.  I found a new surgeon and Saba Kamal.  I have been receiving hand therapy from Saba the last 6 months.  My hand is almost fully recovered thanks to Saba’s expertise and therapy.  It continues to improve.  Saba is at the top of her field and trains other hand therapists.  She is the best of the best!

Hello. This is the first review I had ever written so this place must be fantastic!!! I have been to many places for my injury but the techniques used in this place is so different. Saba and the team is super friendly and fun while they push you so hard to recovery. If you are looking for full and speedy recovery and you are ready to take the pain, I strongly recommend this place. Don’t think twice, call them now!!!!
