I really like my therapists at Hands on Care at 2505 Samaritan Drive, San Jose, CA They are great and take care of my right hand since surgery it’s been a slow recovery, but because of my therapist things are finally getting a bit easier. The whole office is cheerful & friendly. The empathy they show all their patients is very welcomed. I’m not as afraid as I was. Because I know my hand is in good hands thanks for your patients with my healing. (more…)

I experienced excellent therapy with an authentic concern for my recovery. Their two locations make it easy to find an appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. If it’s good enough for two SJ Sharks and a number of other professional athletes, then it’s good enough for you.

Wow! What a great team Hands On Care has to help you regain the “ideal” range of motion you had before going there. Saba, with her keen leadership style and ability to handle many tasks at once is second to none. The environment is healing and very open, thus contributes to the recovery process quickly. The staff at Hands On Care is fabulous, friendly and flexible. I would recommend Hands On Care for their effective treatment modalities in a heartbeat! Thanks all for your expertise and patience!

I’ve been to several hand therapists over the years and Saba’s the best. I’ve had to go many times due to my severe arthritis, which causes painful flares. I’ve seen her for flares in both hands involving my thumbs and fingers as well as my elbows and shoulders.
The last flare I had was in my elbow and I stupidly went to a therapist close to my house because I could hardly drive, instead of going to Saba. They actually made me worse! When I saw Saba my elbow was so bad my arm was completely immobile and I was in great pain. She was amazing; in just one visit she greatly restored my range of motion and reduced my pain!
It’s always fun to go in there too. Everyone is laughing and it’s a really fun atmosphere. I always miss Saba and the staff when I’ve stopped going.

Saba and her staff are great. Healthcare is as much about human connection as it is science and therapeutic expertise. The team is always cheerful (maybe give the team a few minutes for the coffee to kick in if its a really, really early appointment), on time and friendly. All three therapists (Saba, Stella and Jen (at the Samaritan campus)) are great. They helped me with 8 weeks of therapy after surgery on a radius broken in a soccer match. I’m back to normal and look forward to my next visit and repeat offender t-shirt on my next run-in with gravity and the ground.
I recommend this clinic!

Looking back to the day that I fell…September 13, 2012, to where I am now…3 years later, it makes me become very emotional! Not in a bad way, but in a very good way, because I know that I owe the use of my dominant right hand, fingers, arm, elbow replacement, and shoulder not only to my very skilled surgeon, Dr. Edward Damore, but also to all of the therapists who feverishly worked hard to help me to regain the rotation and movement that I currently have today.
