Interesting case today
Patient came with a dx /surgery for trigger finger release plus Dupuytrens but it was subluxation of EDC due to saggital band attenuation due to undiagnosed Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) . Her entire family seems to have EDS.
Thus, it is so important to dig down in history. She doesn’t show her EDS signs due to Osteoarthritis in the MCP joints but when asked she said she could do all party tricks when she was younger and same goes with her kids.
