HOC therapists and office staff are upbeat, friendly, positive and professional.  I would highly recommend them, the team at Hands on Care are quite simply the best you could ask for in the bay area. I had a 4-corner fusion and scaphoid excision on my left wrist, an injury that has plagued me for over 7 years, and was able to regain over 90 degrees of total motion for me! Their attitude was just as intense as the injury I suffered and they REFUSED to let me, or any of their patients, to take the easy road through therapy which was critical for me to hold myself accountable to doing the exercises on a daily basis. If you have any injury that needs physical therapy anywhere in-between and including your shoulder to your fingers you need to go to Hands on Care.
